About Us
The Anthony Bates Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization formed in 2002. We are dedicated to save young lives through early detection of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). The Anthony Bates Foundation (ABF) is actively promoting public outreach programs through education and awareness for the need to provide heart screening events for our youth. We offer training for groups that would like to provide their own events and/or The Anthony Bates Foundation will coordinate events in your area. Our goal is to promote heart health education and awareness of HCM.
The Anthony Bates Foundation (ABF) believes that no parent should suffer the heartbreak of losing a child to an undiagnosed cardiac malady; we seek to eliminate preventable Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).
