DAMAGE CONTROL -
Heart Breaks to Heart Saves!

Damage Control – Heart Breaks to Heart Saves, is about the tragic loss of an only child, Anthony Bates. He was living his dream life, playing college football at Kansas State University when his life tragically ended from an undiagnosed heart condition. The book outlines how his mother, Sharon Bates, overcame the obstacles to provide heart health screenings for nearly 1 million young people. His mother built a legacy in Anthony’s honor to provide heart health screenings to young people across the country and in many corners of the world. Sharon was doing the “heart work” while healing her own heart from the loss of her son and the other challenges she faced in her life. By reading this book, the author hopes you will find inspiration from her perseverance and persistence to make YOUR impact in the world we occupy together.
